Problem

Decisions, owners, and open questions get buried in meeting notes and documents, and the team cannot recover them later with a source.

Shipped

I shipped Debrief for OpenAI Build Week 2026. It turns PDFs, DOCX files, and notes into a cited Decision Brief, then answers follow-up questions with streaming RAG. The live app runs on Vercel, Railway, and Neon, with a pre-seeded Launch Planning workspace.

Problem

Small teams answer the same support questions after hours and screen resumes by hand, usually in separate tools.

Shipped

I shipped OpsConcierge as a multi-tenant desk: a support widget grounded in the knowledge base, escalation that keeps the transcript, an execution log, plus resume parsing, job-description scoring, and a hiring pipeline.

Problem

A small sales team keeps leads, follow-ups, and meeting notes in separate tools, so there is never one pipeline.

Shipped

I shipped a multi-tenant CRM with a drag-and-drop pipeline, activity timelines, AI follow-up drafts, meeting summaries, lead scoring, and OAuth sync for HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
